Accepted Payment Method

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash for all services. Please note that gratuities can only be accepted in cash. All gift cards, services, and products are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.

Animal Policy (Dog/Cat)

We are happy to welcome small dogs or cats, but for everyone’s comfort, they must remain inside a secure carrier bag throughout your visit. While we adore animals, we also respect the needs of clients with allergies or sensitivities. To maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that pets stay in their carriers. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancelations

Cancellations

We acknowledge that unexpected situations can occur, leading to last-minute cancellations or rescheduling. However, to honor our service providers' time and our other clients, we insist that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be communicated at least 24 hours before.

Please note that the associated fees are not intended as a penalty but as compensation for the service provider. Your compliance and understanding are essential to uphold a streamlined schedule for everyone.
